Order & Payments methods

Ordering from the ACSI webshop

There are various products that you can order in our webshop: CampingCard ACSI, ACSI Club ID and ACSI apps. You can order these products individually or, if ordering several products, take out a subscription. If you order an individual edition, you will receive one edition.

If you take out a subscription, in some cases you can choose which subscription you want. For our ACSI Campsites Europe app, you can choose between a monthly subscription, a three-month subscription or an annual subscription. CampingCard ACSI is included in an annual subscription. Our subscriptions automatically continue until you cancel.  

Once you have placed the product that you want to order in your shopping cart, you can proceed with payment. Log in with your My ACSI account or make a new account. Enter the requested data, choose the delivery method (this is always Delivery) and select the methods of payment. Below you can see how you can pay in our webshop. Place your order.  

Shipping Costs

For delivering the orders, we use various carriers. We apply the shipping costs of these carriers. When you add a product to your shopping cart, the shipping costs are always stated. The costs range between € 0 and € 4.

Payment methods

When paying by credit card, the amount will be debited immediately.
