Most frequently asked questions about CampingCard ACSI

1. When will my digital discount card be visible in the app?

You will find your digital discount card in the CampingCard ACSI app from 1 January 2024. You will receive an email with all the information on how to use and activate your digital discount card at the end of December.

2. My CampingCard ACSI subscription has been renewed, but I have cancelled.

Did you cancel before 1 October? Then you will have received a confirmation e-mail from ACSI. Has the amount still been debited but you have received the confirmation e-mail? If so, please contact us: +441 262 377 385.

3. Why does the direct debit of CampingCard ACSI and ACSI CampingCard and Motorhome Pitches take place in October?

In order to deliver the guide to all our clients throughout Europe before Christmas, we need to start the process of renewing our guides as early as October.

4. What is the difference between the apps?
