Application conditions of sales

The following general conditions apply to all orders which are placed with ACSI Webshop hereinafter referred to as "ACSI", "us" or "we", by the client (hereinafter referred to as "you"), via the webshop, the mobile website or a mobile device.

By using ACSI Webshop or by placing an order, you accept to be bound by the following general conditions (the "Conditions "). Make sure you have read and understood the conditions before you place an order.

By placing an order with us you agree to the conditions of sale. The order will be confirmed immediately by e-mail. The products that are sold through ACSI Webshop fall within Dutch legislation.

We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time without prior notice.


Directive on Distance Selling

The 'Distance Selling' directive from Dutch laws and regulations applies to all items that ACSI Webshop sells through directly owned websites or through partner sites. This directive offers consumers protection when purchasing products via the Internet.


Product information

The main features of the products are visible when you click on ‘more info’ in an item box in the ACSI Webshop. With this option you can read a detailed item description and see a larger picture of the item.


Prices and delivery charges

Selling prices are listed below each product. If an offer is applicable for a particular product, this is indicated in green. The regular retail price is also listed with a slash through it. The prices quoted in Euros include VAT and exclude postage. The cost for each shipping option can be calculated on this page.


Subscription and membership rates

ACSI Publishing BV maintains the absolute right to adjust the agreed rates for subscriptions and/or membership during the period of the agreement. Any new rates applicable will be announced a minimum of two months in advance via the product’s website and in the ACSI webshop. All purchases must be paid for immediately. When taking out a subscription or membership you automatically agree to give a payment mandate. When paying for the first subscription or membership period, the mandate will automatically be used to debit the amount for the following periods. The amount will be debited once for each period, after delivery of the product. If ACSI is unable to debit your account with the subscription fee then ACSI will ask you by e-mail to give a new authorisation for a direct debit.


Cancellation period for subscriptions

The minimum subscription period for the CampingCard ACSI combi-subscription is two years. If you switch from a current subscription to a new type of subscription, a new minimum period of two years will take effect. You can cancel your subscription to CampingCard ACSI before 1 October, by completing the contact form.


Validity of offer

Offers are valid for as long as items and prices in the ACSI Webshop are listed at a reduced rate. Should an item no longer be available, you will be notified.

Delivery

ACSI handles all orders carefully. Your product is then delivered as soon as possible, in accordance with the chosen delivery method. We try to process all orders in order of entry. For the current delivery times please refer to this page. Unexpected events may possibly cause delays. ACSI strives to deliver all orders within 30 days. If delivery should not take place within 30 days, you can cancel the order (by phone).

Orders for addresses in the Netherlands are delivered by DHL, Post NL or Sandd. Orders to addresses abroad will be delivered by Asendia. Camping guides and combined orders are delivered as parcels. Parcels are generally delivered later in the day than letters.

CampingCard ACSI is available every year from mid-December. The discount card and guide are valid in the calendar year stated on the guide. The CampingCard ACSI app will be accessible from the end of December.

Virtual products like the CampingCard ACSI app will not be delivered in physical form. If you purchase a virtual product or a combined product containing a virtual product, for example the CampingCard ACSI combined subscription, access to the information in the app will be linked to your My ACSI account. When you open and log into the app, you will be recognised as a customer and able to download all of the camping information. Camping information in the ACSI apps will be updated regularly and refreshed every calendar year.

Due to technical reasons it is not possible to send CampingCard ACSI to a holiday address, campsite address or other delivery address.


Revoking an order

It is possible to cancel or return an order from the date you placed it up to 14 days after receipt of the items ordered. To do this you can make use of the revoking form.

If you want to keep certain items and want to cancel only part of your order, please contact our Customer Service: +31(0)488-471434. The customer service agent will devise a suitable solution together with you.

If a received item is defective, inform us of this as soon as possible and send the item back as described below under "Returns". All products which are notified as defective will be fully reimbursed by ACSI. The provisions of these conditions do not limit any statutory rights. Exceptions are items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

For delivery of services you can dissolve the contract without giving any reason for up to at least 14 days, starting on the day of entering into the agreement.


Returns

ACSI guarantees reimbursement or, when desired, replacement of returned goods, provided that all items that are returned are in the same condition as they were in when received. This means that items may not be damaged, adapted or used, and labels or prices may not be removed.

Changing personal details

You can change your name and address information via ‘My ACSI’.


Guarantee

If your purchased products are defective, ACSI will comply with guarantee legislation. If you have a complaint about material or workmanship errors relating to the articles supplied by ACSI, including transport damages, please contact our Customer Service: +31(0)488-471434. The customer service agent will devise a suitable solution together with you.
