Most frequently asked questions

Due to a technical problem, some parts in our apps may temporarily not function properly. For example, the visibility of the digital discount card. Logging out and logging in again is usually enough to still show the card. We are working hard to solve this problem.

 
  • My digital discount card is not visible in the app.
    Do you no longer see your digital discount card in the app? Then log out and log back in to have the digital discount card visible again.
  • An amount was debited today by ACSI for my ACSI Club ID 2024. Is this correct?

    When switching to a new payment system, the Club ID of some customers was renewed without the payment being debited. We will still collect these in April 2024. If you suspect double payment, please check your statement first and contact our customer service if necessary.
